By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.• I reserve the right to decline a commission before work begins, without providing a reason.
• If I decline before start, no payment will be taken.
• All approvals, changes, and agreements must be confirmed in written messages (chat/email). Verbal agreements are not valid.━━━━━━━━━━━━2) RIGHTS & USAGEOPTION A - LICENSE (DEFAULT, NO BUYOUT)
I retain the copyright and authorship of the work. The client receives a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables.The client is allowed to:
• Use the work for personal purposes (content creation, streaming, social media, etc.).
• Use the work in the client’s commercial projects (e.g., game/app/advertisement/video), as long as the model is NOT distributed as a standalone file/asset and is not provided to third parties as exports/source files.
• Pay third parties to make edits (rigging, physics, conversion, etc.), as long as it does not violate the restrictions below.
• Post content featuring the work with proper credit to me where possible.Not allowed without my written permission:
• Reselling, transferring, or redistributing the model/rig/textures/assets in whole or in part.
• Publishing the model for public access (free download, base, adopt, etc.).
• Any form of distribution where the model is provided to others as a file (including access/download of .fbx/.vrm/.obj/.stl, character download, asset pack, workshop/mod packs, paid/free asset bundles, subscriptions that grant file access, etc.).
• Claiming my work as your own.OPTION B - FULL RIGHTS BUYOUT (BUYOUT)
If you need full ownership and broader commercial rights, a Buyout can be arranged.• Fee: +100% of the base price.
• After payment, you receive commercial rights to use the work, excluding the right to claim authorship.
• Buyout covers cases where the model needs to be provided to third parties as a file, under separate delivery terms if required.Important:
• Buyout does not automatically include source files unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• “As-is” resale may require separate discussion/approval.━━━━━━━━━━━━3) PORTFOLIO & POSTING
By default, I may post the finished work (renders/videos) in my portfolio and social media.NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement):
• Temporary NDA until your debut/release: +5% of the total price.
• Permanent NDA: +20% of the total price.For temporary NDA, the client must provide the NDA end date/time in writing. Once the work is public, I may post it unless permanent NDA was agreed.━━━━━━━━━━━━4) SOURCE FILES & DELIVERABLES
Source/working files are not provided.• By default, you will receive final, agreed exports only (formats and package contents are agreed in writing).
• Source file delivery can be negotiated separately and may require an additional fee.━━━━━━━━━━━━5) PAYMENT
Payments are made via PayPal.Payment plans are available only for commissions starting at $500 USD (total price).
• For orders $500+: 50% upfront on the day I start, and the remaining 50% is due before I deliver the final files.
• For orders below $500: 100% upfront payment is required before I start working.Work begins only after the required payment is received.━━━━━━━━━━━━6) PAYPAL DISPUTES / CHARGEBACKS (STRICT)
Opening a PayPal dispute/chargeback/reversal after work has started or after files have been delivered is a violation of these terms.Consequences:
• Your license to use the work is immediately revoked.
• Your right to use any delivered files/results is withdrawn.
• You lose access to support and revisions.
• I reserve the right to publicly document the dispute (without revealing NDA-protected information, if NDA applies).━━━━━━━━━━━━7) REFUND POLICY
After work has started, full refunds are not provided.• If the client cancels: the upfront payment is non-refundable; all WIPs and rights to them remain with me.
• If I cancel: the upfront payment will be fully refunded; the WIPs will be deleted and not used.
• After final files are delivered, no refunds will be granted.━━━━━━━━━━━━8) QUEUE & TIMEFRAME
Joining the queue is free. To be added, you must provide a description/references and receive a price quote.Estimated completion time: 1-3 months, depending on complexity, queue position, and unforeseen circumstances.
Progress updates can be provided upon request.━━━━━━━━━━━━9) REVISIONS & STAGES
Revisions are welcome, but depend on the stage:• Before the form/sculpt is approved, larger changes are possible.
• After rigging/weighting, only small changes are possible (major changes are additional paid work).Included in the price: up to 3 revisions per stage. Extra revisions beyond that are paid.
After work starts, the client cannot replace the entire concept/references. Minor clarifications are allowed.━━━━━━━━━━━━10) REFERENCES & EXPECTATION DISCLAIMER
Best results require clear references: front / side / back, plus palette/material notes.If references are limited and you provide only descriptions or online images, I can start the work, but the result may differ from your expectations due to the lack of a precise source.━━━━━━━━━━━━11) DELIVERY & FILE STORAGE
After full payment, I deliver the final agreed files.Typical delivery time after final payment: 1-3 days (unless force majeure applies).
I store the project and final files for 90 days after delivery. After that, I cannot guarantee recovery or re-delivery.━━━━━━━━━━━━12) CREDIT
When possible, please credit me as the creator: @ryuniikoIf NDA applies, credit may be withheld until the debut/release or until permission is granted.
